Ducati take over London with Diavel V4 UK launch and showcase full range of 2023 models at the Devitt Insurance MCN London Motorcycle Show

London, 17th February 2023 - Ducati have taken over London with a world class launch of the new Diavel V4 at The Gherkin on February 16th, before showcasing the 2023 model range at the Devitt Insurance MCN London Motorcycle Show, from 17th-19th February.

Hot on the heels of the Global Riding Première of the Diavel V4, Ducati UK has kicked off the 2023 events calendar with an exclusive launch event of the new model held on the 40th floor of the iconic London landmark, The Gherkin.

The event saw 150 key members of the press, VIPs, and Ducatisti presented with the ground-breaking Diavel V4 in all its glory, before undertaking a presentation focusing on the iconic design of Bologna’s new muscle cruiser. For the occasion, Ducati Chief Designer Andrea Amato performed a Diavel live sketch in front of the public highlighting the model’s design pillars.

Several key figures of the Bologna-based Company were in attendance, including Ducati Diavel Product Manager Stefano Tarabusi, the Head of Ducati UK Fabrizio Cazzoli and the Vice President Global Sales Ducati Motor Holding Francesco Milicia, who quoted: "Weare delighted to unveil the new Diavel V4 in an exclusive and fascinating location as The Gherkin. London is a very design-conscious city and the Ducati Diavel with its sporty personality, exaggerated and elegant at the same time, is a unique style icon in its segment, perfect for this kind of context. This motorcycle is able to magnetize attention in any situation and has been enhanced by a series of details. The rear light cluster, for example, consists of a matrix of punctiform LEDs. A spectacular solution that we are sure will also be appreciated by enthusiasts at the Devitt Insurance MCN London Motorcycle Show.”

The new Diavel V4 is a model able to synthetize seemingly distant technical, dynamic and stylistic features, such as those of sport nakeds and power cruisers. In this latest version, the exhilarating performances of the V4 Granturismo engine are combined with surprising agility and dynamics for such a motorcycle.

Following the upper premium launch of the new Diavel V4, Ducati UK are attending the Devitt Insurance London Motorcycle show with the full range of 2023 models, taking place at The Excel, from Friday 17th to Sunday 19th February.

Leading the way in terms of travel and adventure is the new Multistrada V4 Rally. An ideal travel companion in all conditions, the Multistrada V4 Rally comes equipped with the high-performance robust and reliable V4 Granturismo engine with extended service intervals, alongside its 30-litre aluminium tank and new Ducati Skyhook Evolution semi-active Suspension.

For those interested in pure performance, the Panigale V4 R 2023 will have pride of place on the Ducati stand, being the closest production model to a competition bike, ever. With its 998cc Desmosedici Stradale R engine, MotoGP inspired aerodynamics package and advanced electronics, it will be a motorcycle not to miss.

With three new models in the Ducati Scrambler range, the Icon, Full Throttle and Nightshift are leading the way by being more contemporary, colourful, and endowed with an even livelier personality. Thanks to the air-cooled Desmodue twin-cylinder engine, trellis frame, wide handlebars, low centre of gravity and riding fun all enhanced by evolved electronics alongside a more modern styling in lines and concepts, the new Ducati Scrambler range will catch your eyes.

Alongside the 2023 model range there will also be an appearance of the very special Ducati Unica Project . Appearing for the first time in the Capital and representing the ultimate level of customization, Unica is the new bespoke service offered by Ducati. The project includes a one-to-one communication with the Centro Stile in Bologna, to design and realize the Ducati of your dreams.
